The total mortgage interest paid on a $150,000 loan at 4.3% over 30 years would be approximately $117,231.  

The Note/Mortgage for each loan states the dollar amount invested & the % of the total loan by name, for each investor. 

So I ended up using 0% interest business credit cards which I liquidated to purchase and renovate my property (total credit limit of about $95k total).

Even if it's a total rehab if the land bank has a property in an area where the arv's are substantially high wouldn't that be a good deal or a promising neighborhood for buy and hold.

Now that you have those numbers, you will take the total value of the homes, subtract the assessed land value (land doesn't depreciate), then subtract the applicable extra depreciation that we calculated above.

I also forgot to mention that the landlords don't pay for repairs or upkeep on these properties.

I personally made these repairs at a total cost to me for $150.

I took out a Heloc I owe 230k on the house and I plan on spending 100k updating making my total in 330k.
