If you go forward, make sure they handle all maintenance & repairs on the property too because these organizations typically have in-house staff..Snaking toilets, repairs, grass cut, snow removal, paint...Make sure you're covered with insurance as well. 

And hot on the tail coat is now an ever growing list of knock-off's trying to steal the thunder.  

Now, when I asked him to return and fix it, he's making excuses about the washer not being installed correctly and claiming he can't run a snake through it.

Yes, Florida does seem to have an unusually large number of con artists and snake oil salesmen.

This is very risky especially if you need a partner (lots of snakes out there).

And remember, AI won't fix broken locks, get snakes out of the basement, or bats out of the fireplace.

To non-technical people (no coding ability), it's mind-blowing and magical to get a game of snake coded up for you, or similar toy program.To me, someone who tries to use it constantly, I am continuously disappointed.
