I’m studying to become a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, but have always been interested in real estate as a side gig.

My days became a constant cycle of worry,  IEP meetings, doctor and therapy appointments for my son, loneliness and financial strain due to our income suddenly cut in half. 

You are ruining a business not a therapy hotline.  

Therapy, physical assistance, and diabetes dogs are generally Labradors.

I have little kids and she used to provide therapy for my daughter-this is so stressful.  

Service animal is for disability, therapy animal is for easing mental or emotional stress.

I chose to forgo my interests in real estate a couple of years ago and chose respiratory therapy and I am now burned out.

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy who realized that trading my time for money is never going to earn me freedom (and not even come close to paying off my student debt).I've recently opened my own Cryotherapy Clinic and it is my first true business asset.

(I assure you there was no electroshock therapy involved. ^^)Simple practices such as visualization and meditation became a regular part of daily routines.Anyways, overcoming my fears and embracing a new mindset was key in helping me to begin networking with others here on BiggerPockets which has lead directly or indirectly to all of my real estate successes!
