One piece is a detail bay for auto work (currently used by owner, willing to stay and work out a deal or I have a friend that wants to rent it for 800 a month possibly more) there's a tavern and bar on the first floor next door and there's a bourbon speakeasy in the basement.

There is also a group meeting this Wednesday Night April 13th at 6:30 PM at the SteelHouse Tavern 1129 E.

@James MasottiThe flooring is trying to look like a tavern cut/grade hardwood floor   {it was once a practice to use all the short ends in flooring taverns, presumably because it was cheap and no one was there to look at the floor.}  

I am currently looking at my second deal, a 3 unit with a commercial space currently housing a tavern / restaurant.

The Savage Mill is a wonderful old Mill that has some nice shops and The Rams Head Tavern.

The place use to be a tavern and from the looks of it the owners lived in the residential.

Nope.Here in WI we have a ridiculous number of taverns throughout the state.
