Can you build a three sided enclosure?

Floors dont look great, look a little cheap, and the shower could use a glass enclosure. 

Of course there will be a bigger deposit just in case of any accidents :-) and they don't even leave their enclosure lolAlso open to other suggestions for temporary residence that will accomodate our humble dog family.

You get the best of both worlds, cheaper cashflow property deals and walking distance to Miller Park tailgating fun or short ride to the downtown.I had the same idea, moved to Milwaukee post college, rented cheap place downtown for 1 year and then bought my first duplex in 2004 in West Allis (Six Points neighborhood - northeast West Allis).  

Would just add type of cage enclosure and where it will be on property.

They steal stupid stuff like people's flip flops. they party late into the night on weekdays. they behave as if residents are there solely to facilitate their good time and buttonhole them for information and directions when they're out walking their pets. they tailgate at the beach access because the hosts are too cheap to pay the association dues. they trespass on resident's property to fish and sightsee then become belligerent when asked to leave. etc etc etc.It really does degrade the character of the neighborhood and the experience of living here during the high season.  

It will need shower and floor tile replacement, new plumbing fixtures, and the new shower enclosure and going to cost us around $9000 all in.  

Will tiling a shower bring in higher rents compared to just installing a prefab shower enclosure?
