To call syndicators that made a bad bet or a business model that is wobbly to failing Scammers is just simply the voice of someone with not a lot of experience in the business..

Hate to be the dissenting voice here, but if you fully disclose that your child would be occupying the property you might run into some trouble with the non-owner occupancy that is usually required with a DSCR loan - your child falls into the category of immediate family and many undewriters would assume that if your child didn't pay their rent, either you wouldn't evict them or you would pay the rent for them, which then affects the cash-flow on the property level, which then affects the DSCR. 

Another month goes buy and I send and email and leave voice messages and nothing.  

@Bryan Montross Thankfully, the upstairs tenant voiced her concerns directly, and things have (literally and figuratively) quieted down.

Sorry, Unfortunately Voice to Text didn't work.First Point, is as a society we look at home ownership the wrong way, a personal residence is a liability vs buying investment property which is an asset. 

My Realtor has since voiced that there were bad operations on the team and multiple mishaps with other clients — Realtors putting amendments in front of clients the day of closing and their inability to effectively communicate with clients the amenities of the units.

I use a google voice number for advertising/marketing properties and first name only for advertising on the internet but my full name is on my lease and i give all of my tenants my personal cell phone number.
