Conventional financing is far superior to FHA when it comes to being a Non Occupying CoBorrower. 

Also, the reporting capabilities within QBO are superior from what I've seen.

We've found it has superior reporting features, integration features, and is overall more efficient to work within than other REI-specific software.The downside is QBO is not set up for REI so you'll need to do that or work with an expert to ensure it is set up for your business appropriately.

And I personally believe both have their pros and cons and neither is the 100% superior to the other (and I like having both in my portfolio).Having said that, there are some issues/problems with your comparison. 

If I were looking at a restaurant, I would be looking for the most generic building concept as possible, to minimize buildout cost.Again, to repeat John, is one a superior location to the other?  

Unfortunately, If there are no other verifiable facts to support a better value, than it is usually futile to appeal based on opinion and/or interpretable characteristics alone (i.e. the Subject is in superior condition to this comp and therefore, it should be valued higher, etc.).

It's a far superior product to sheet vinyl and peel and stick vinyl products for a multitude of reasons.1) With most brands, you can't install it over an unconditioned space, it has to be climate controlled.
