In Land Investing Online there is a free support group as well as an affordable monthly subscription (I think $100) where you can share your deals for input from the other members. 

“You may not be able to sell any of your shares back to us, and if you do sell your shares, you may not receive the price you paid upon subscription.”That's quite a bit of research.

If there were a bulk subscription I could get all my tenants for a low annual or monthly cost I would consider it though

Unfortunately its not visible online without a subscription to the Philadelphia inquirer but happy to send anyone interested the article who messages me. 

It's a $10/mo subscription that you can turn off after starting it, meaning you'll have 30 days to play with it. 

We cater to us older folk that didn't grow up with all these subscriptions and when they go on vacation they want to press a button and tell the remote what channel they want😄 We have big smart TV's that they love and if inclined can use a subscription, but then they have to figure out how to sign out of them.

The Plus subscription would allow you to keep track of each property/project and produce reports for them individually in addition to keeping track of the entire business as a whole.  

I have not done enough comparisons to know which is more accurate (need subscription for Rentometer and Rentcast to get full access which I do not have). 

He has a forms subscription that will keep your forms up to date and he is very well versed in Real Estate.

ABA cost was about $5500 that included comprehensive operating agreements for all three and subscription to their portal.
