Memphis can change quickly and can definitely be more street to street in a lot of cases and not necessarily zip code to zip code or even neighborhood.

Sometimes even neighborhoods can vary street by street, so there's always a lot to learn! 

For example, I've had a couple of 3+ bedrooms sit for a longer period of time because they only had one parking space available (and no on-street options nearby).
