For example, if the home is in south beach the end buyers would expect  24k gold ceiling blades (lol), now if it's in a market more in land (sunrise, coral springs, etc), you could potentially get away with light rehab. i hope that helps.

You're going to want to use an oscillating tool with a bimetal cutting blade to get in under the edge of your tile there -- if you used mastic adhesive to do the backsplash, it's going to gum up quickly on the blade and you're going to need a lot of paint thinner/mineral spirits to get that off.

I'm also making it easier for tenants to move into my rentals which makes my rentals more desirable and will reduce vacancy time.If anyone's interested in learning more, send me a private message.I like this idea, but Deposit insurance gives a third party the power over the damage repair money.I wonder how much red tape and PITA it will be to file for the Deposit insurance money, and how long they will take to payout, and how much they will auto-refuse to pay (like insurance companies do) until you press the issue hard.Plus how many 800 number calls to customer service located in Tim-buck-two will it take trying to get things straightened out when there is a problem.Still it seems like it might be a good blade to have on the Swiss Army Knife.

She indicated the Toledo Blade article below as a good summary of why but it sounds like her office served the public in adjusting property values which resulted in aggressive reductions as a result of the crash in real estate values. https://www.toledoblade.com/opinion/columnists/2019/06/07/intervention-might-clarify-lucas-county-property-tax-valuation/stories/20190606104It is only logical that requests to reduce property values will be declining in number and percentage of value, Toledo's values have done exceedingly well over the past few years.
