If you do manage to ascertain that the travertine does still stink of urine, remove the top layer of the grout between the travertine tiles (if there is grout) with an oscillating tool blade and put in a layer of one-step premixed grout with a putty knife before you try removing the travertine.

There is no way to really tell if we are at the bottom, half way down or oscillating prior to an increase or further drop.But, we are reaching an interesting point where buyers aren't willing to pay more and sellers aren't willing to take less.

As for the wall tile just cut out the Sheetrock it is on with an oscillating tool, put some new Sheetrock up, and tile it nice.
