There have been a ton of warning signs here on BP and other sites about the markets and how to be a smarter investor - but that is boring advice.

Here were the warning signs as I remember them1.

You are now warned.  

I have warned countless people that the "new", "Cheapest", and "shaking up the insurance market" carriers typically come into the market under priced, have a wave of claims, then they either jack up premiums to survive or fire their staff to keep heads above water.

I shouldn't have to "look out" for major issues, if a tenant moves out before the close date and the contract states that the unit will be delivered occupied, looking out for my best interest would be to find out when they are moving out and the state of the unit.I've had rentals for many years and this is the worst buying experience that I have had.Our contract was about a year ago and the reason why I am responding now is for two reasons 1) to warn other buyers and 2) because a potential buyer of yours actually reached out to me and suggested that I post my story on this platform.Keep on responding Katee.

Without a shop, you can just say, “Here’s where you can find the toy” and skip the warnings.2.

Warn them that you will report them to the state commission if they attempt to charge you or refuse to comply with your demand.3.

When I pressed Delta for answers, I was issued the following stern statement: "Let me start with as a courtesy we contacted you regarding Center Street and its not obligation to maintain your financing. 

If the police cite them, I would issue a lease violation warning.

Lots of upside but a warning for those that don't have reserves.
