As @Tom S.eluded, I wouldn't be surprised if there are major issues to be uncovered.In addition to construction costs, there will be additional filing fees and architect/engineer expenses.I'd be happy to recommend a contractor, shooting you a DM now.Best,Abel

I wouldn't spend 2k on it or anything.Yeah I have one particular house where everyone who books it constantly says how pleasantly surprised they are at how nice it is and that it looks so much nicer in person than the photos.

@JD Martin agree 10,000%What I am surprised about is I had a call with someone in Austin today and in sw Florida and they both said things are awful and prices are dropping at high rates - curious don't hear as much chatter here about that as it could be an opportunity

Redlining IMO would only be an issue if @Jimmy O'Connor said to stay away or refuse to do business somewhere; he did not do that, he just pointed out property characteristics.
