You can avoid many of the mistakes that I have made just by being a part of Bigger Pockets but understand that there will be many hours of hard work ahead of you on the road to financial independence.Lesson #7: Keep an open MindI am continually startled by those that have nothing and yet are not open to making changes.

This is a  startling reminder when a tenant doesn't meet what I would consider fairly minimal expectations of knowing a major point like this in the lease.
