All my other properties are using water heater tanker, so  I have no experience with boilers.

But right behind Haurandale on the south bound side of Ritchie hwy is a great area .

We did bid on one (the southbound, west side of the road) a while back but couldn't come together with the sellers.Like any major road but especially MLK it will come with certain challenges related to equity/holding value over time. 

Find out from the Fire Dept. what volume of water they can get to the site (pumper & tanker trucks) and if there are any other sources of water they can access in the area (ponds, lakes, etc.). 

Hello Anthony Cortese, I worked for ten years on Oil Tankers and studied how to Invest in the Markets while I invested in Mutual Funds.

I found that out as a Merchan Seaman working on Oil Tankers when we had to deliver gasoline and diesel fuel during the winter time to Carteret or Bayonne.

I used to work in shipyards and ended up on Oil Tankers with a Union.

I worked on Oil Tankers and if you look at the Historical Hurricane map you will see that the only time Tampa was hit by a Hurricane, was in 1921.

I'm curious as to the new tanker KC-46 being introduced to McConnell afb recently.

Its like trying to reverse engine on a full speed super tanker a mile from shore.
