Does anyone have any recommendations on property contact programs and software?

We know of a bunch of the servicers but curious of others have servicers they prefer.

Risk that the IRS will challenge it, which is far more likely than with a full-service professional report3.

So far I am basing it on customer service.

What softwares are you using?

I'm tempted to do what many have said which is to just use a debit card, but I get 2% back on a CC, which is not insignificant when managing dozens of vendors, and I really hate to change a process that's working because the software I chose is lacking a basic feature.

Do they use a servicing company to make the payments directly to the , or do they make payments directly to the seller and hope they pass them on to the lender?

But it would be nice to have access to the software and a place to basically wholesale the ones you don't want for yourself.
