The home sold.The thing I found odd, was that when I went to property guys website, the house was still on their site and it said "congratulations on selling your home with property guys"When I phoned property guys to report that the house was sold by a Realtor not property guys there was silence on the other end.

When you ask this question, be quiet and let them fill the voids of silence.

Would it be worth it to just wait in radio silence for the remaining 22 days and try to catch him on the technicality when he doesn't provide written notice?

If it is in yours then likely it is in theirs as well.If it doesn't say in yours then likely it's not in theirs.I can't give legal advice but rather than suffer in silence I would call the landlord and explain you have sensitive lungs and cannot be inhaling in second hand smoke.Second hand smoke is actually MORE DANGEROUS than first hand smoke.The reason is the person smoking the cigarette has a filter before inhaling in and the second hand smoker breathes all the smoke in without a filter.Today's cigarettes are pumped full of chemicals because it is cheaper to make and the burn is faster.The faster the burn the more people will smoke and buy that next pack with a huge mark up.Back in the day smoking was almost all pure tobacco but it is so expensive they use chemicals and very little tobacco today.So in short don't put up with it.

He would sit in apartment for 2-4 hrs, waiting for a call or visit of potential renters and when after 2-4 hrs of COMPLETE silence his phone finally rings, he would say"Therrrearrreanotherrrrenters, whoarrreinterrrested,soyouneedtodecide NOW!"

So far, silence on those questions.

Now I want Tony,Ed,J Lamar or anyone for crying out loud to answer that question.If I can silence or I get the run around than guys you just proven my point again.

Then... radio silence for 5 days!
