@Deanna McCormick Thanks for comment and feedback on process, but it seems like we keep getting side tracked the thread.I will probably sit in on a proceeding.But The title in the post is 'convincing my client' to settle....Eviction has already been filed.My job as a PM is to consult, and as a business I need to make money.

Sam Choi Sorry I got sidetracked there for a bit, but for FHA loans, you only need to live there for 1 year, then you have the option to sell it.
