If not, you have a couple of options: Condo it, or SFR.If it's a Victorian, you may be able to use the back (servant's ) staircase as a second means of egress, so you wouldn't need a ugly outside staircase.

You need to focus on families, foreign professionals, public servants or college students.That are my thoughts on that issue.

I believe in servant leadership and I apply that to my team and how we serve the people and communities we engage with.

Cant just come asking for money promising to be a good servant of their funds.Also, I'd start with people you know and have relationship with - your dentist, physician, plumber etc.

@J Scott, you should ammend that to "Be a Servant, always."

On the same hand, I am not their servant, and I am not have my life run by anal tenants who need their bathroom walls wiped down after a shower (does your exhaust fan work properly, or is there a window in bathroom?).
