So I wonder if I can sell my home in Idaho, purchase the new one under my personal name, then how many months or years must pass before I can setup an LLC as the owner of my primary residence, or if you think that will be a good idea? 

If for some reason this falls through should I attempt to offer more money for a quit claim deed or proceed with the newspaper notification process.

I've never had property managed by them, but I have a franchise in the PMI system and know their systems and processes. 

Anyone doing this?  Besides lists from the tax assessor, how are you finding your deals?  

Not saying anything about selling or not.  

Selling vacant is easier, but if you can't/don't want to vacate the property investors will still look at tenant occupied homes 

It’s enjoyable when you buy land, subdivide it, and either hold or sell portions of it.

In that process, I got my real estate license to buy the house and save on fees.
