A couple options… 1) Coast as is until March for better selling season, more buyers, higher price. 2) Raise the rent at least half way to market.

Sell it now if you are smart.

Or they've dealt with one of the 50% of realtors that sells 1 house or less per year.

Maybe in a year you could sell the note.

That being said, I'm a fan of the buying distressed, forcing equity and either selling or refinancing.

Most of my travel nurse / medical professional bookings have come from Furnished Finder but the other sites usually appeal to other tenant types like digital nomads, relocating families, etc.  

And unless you go into some very rough areas, you won't find double digit cash returns.

Both are digital-first banks with minimal fees, and Mercury in particular offers free domestic and international wire transfers for most account holders.

Real estate loans to owner occupied properties where the business of the owner is closed down - or SHOULD be, and the owner needs some time to sell the property.
