My definitions of the classes are (someone else might have different opinion):Class A - higher property prices, low crime, highly rated schools, tenants and homeowner usually higher income (although if the owner bought years ago they could be lower income), streets are well kept, yards maintained, no run down cars parked in street.

If I am selling a car and just put it in my yard with a sign, it might sell.I will have a much better chance if I also advertise it on FB marketplace AND Craigslist in addition to putting it my yard.

MetroOther developments on the horizon that should continue to lead to the success of the area are Alexandria Virginia’s massive success so far, most notably the completion of the Hazel tunnel in May of 2024, in it’s AlexRenew program to make the Potomac River swimmable and fishable by 2040 (Source), the new Rivana development next to Reston Town Center, which will add a 9 million square foot development to the newly expanded Silver Line Metro, the first Phase including 2.7 million square feet expected to be delivered by 2027 (Source) , and a 8.1 million square foot development from JPG Smith in Potomac Yards Alexandria next to the new Innovation Tech Campus and brand new metro station in the coming years (Source).

If not again you would be better off buying your own home and having enough yard/space for all of them but 13 is still way to many dogs unless you live on a farm or own acres of land.I have worked in the banking business and have seen people lose their homes that they rent due to landlords kicking them out with very little warning due to breach of contract or a No pet rule.

As long as it is not in disrepair I think you are fine omitting them.We do have exterior back photos, especially the pool homes so we can showcase pool. fencd yard, etc.
