BTW, you get what you pay for - the cheaper ones are robotic/scripted while the good ones (more expensive) have presence, personality and situational awareness -  which helps with appointment setting.

This may explain why the late submittals identified in this thread have not been raised as an issue by the Appraiser, i.e. the submitted info is insignificant and has little or no impact on the Appraisal.There are many other issues in this thread, but they've already been addressed (several times in most cases).
