I highly recommend you work with agents in the future.

I don't have any brand preferences personally (I use Fantasy Spas at most of my units but I'm sure there are alot of reputable options), but just make sure wherever you place it is built to handle that type of weight.

I would visit local meetups for real estate investing, and also network with agents in your area that work with a lot of investors.

Montgomery Metropolitan Housing has a reputation of being difficult to work with and are slow to pay at times r so I have heard.One thing to keep in mind is that even with section 8, you still get to set your criteria that tenants need to qualify for your unit. 

My plan is to develop five 1,200 SF units, allowing tenants to lease multiple units if they require more space.Recently, a 62,000 SF medical building from a Reputed Hospital Name opened directly across the property, which reinforced my belief that a medical office setup would be a strong fit for this location.

I imagine this is a similar model to Redfin's associate agent program that pays by hour/tour.

But if you plan to travel back and forth, just make sure you that the people you have working on your property are highly reputable and trustworthy. 

Wait, I get it, their online reputation will be enough of a guarantee for you!

This is a practice by some less than reputable companies.
