Consulted a PA Realtor- says renovated could sell for $130k.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for advice on liability insurance coverage for a flip.Our LLC owns the property and has partnered with a general contractor (GC) for the renovation.

Determine market rent upon renovation. 

In a great and popular location with rising rents and upside on price with renovations but also that will cost in the short term to improve the property. 

I have never built a home before and I do not have 'construction' experience aside from renovating my own spaces (so i do have experience- just no formal experience). 

Realtor says renovated could sell for $130k.

I am also open to considering opportunities in the Riverside / Five Points neighborhood, or San Marco, in Jax.Ideally, I would like to find a livable property with 3+ beds / 2.5+ baths, make use of FHA to purchase, and rent out 2+ rooms while renovating into separate, complete units.

Breaking Even & Potential Cash Flow•Your goal of breaking even in Year 1 is very achievable, especially with a 5% down payment and PMI removal via renovations.

Assuming the new value after renovations appraises at $350k of course.
