There are many ways to remove a tenant, but it requires knowing what motivates them.

I heard they removed it so that they could focus on making the website better first.

What I've found is that it offers too many configurations and if the user isn't aware of what the outcomes are, it can actually make them loose more money faster.

Seems less risky to wait until you are able to remove them.

I follow up a few weeks later and was told that "the city was going charge $3,000.00 to remove the old dumpster but we (the management company) could do it for $2,000.00, so we just did it.
