Another is to post a question in your local facebook group asking if anyone can refer anyone else!

Great insights.When you say that you share with the appraiser some comps, are you referring to other post-rehab properties in the area, with similar rehab outcomes?

As mentioned above look in the loan docs for reference to 'condition' or 'use'.
