Call it nicely it’s market inefficiency but recognize that Chicago historically is a very segregated city.

What specific websites will they advertise your vacant property on?

Maybe it's in my head but sometimes there are two LVP advertised online with the same thickness, but in real life one feels obviously thinner/thicker.

Is anyone else going this route with their advertising to try to create a niche for their rentals?

If you consistently analyze properties, recognizing a good deal will be much easier when it shows up.
