Everything from the HUD form at closing to utility bills to property tax receipts to general material receipts to repairs were put in a folder until time to compile the various categories for taxes and, well many of the receipts were blank or barely readable. 

If I had to guess, I'd say there's more falling to come.I'll try to figure out if Case-Shillers terms allow using their data for a public display, and how to get it into readable form and see if I can put it up here somewhere.

Not only does it show outstanding voluntary liens as well as involuntary, the current deed, but any restrictions, for say $70, in an easily readable report.

Is the text big enough (or too big), is the spacing right, and does it look generally "readable"?
