We are in the "slow and steady race".

Starting to wrangle as much cash as I can to do my first small deal and get some positive cash flow to exit the rat race!

When there is a glut, there is a race to the bottom on price, because that is really the only thing that will distinguish you from the other thousands of properties.

Slow and steady still wins the race. 

Go down to the horse track races.

We are off to the races and it’s now or never to find a home and put in an offer.

I have occasionally provided a rent credit for a good tenant to help them with the purchase of a lawn mower or weed wacker.

I live outside the USA so that my money stretches further, I have better food, better lifestyle and I am out of the rat race in the USA.

I believe unless you see a use for it (having a landscaper keep mower in there, or other handyman stuff) do not spend the time and money; take it down.
