My college degree was in physics and chemistry, but i did have a minor in economics, I understand the value of a dollar, and I can do my own taxes, lol.I enjoy playing poker in my spare time, and was semipro for a little while (semipro = didn't get rich) and still belong to a private group of many close friends and high stakes players.

Neither of us will have any "taxable" cashflow with which to approach mortgage brokers with, as any money I've made the past 3 years has been from poker (non-taxable, treated as a windfall in Canada).

I invest in other poker players.When I play in bigger poker tournaments good players will routinely trade 5-10% of each other and if one player wins they give the other player the agreed %.

I know this is an ad click revenue site & you need thousands of users,but it is tedious to wade through the posts to get to the good ones..The signal to noise ratio is terrible.I just get so tired of seeing TV,hearing radio,books on this stuff.If it's isn't get rich quick at poker,it's flipping houses.The rich dad guy appears to be the biggest scam of all.From what i've heard,he appears to live in a universe where there are no bad deals,bad tenants or housing bubbles.Ask your RE agent how many deals have been backed out of & time wasted trying to do business with 1 of these seminar gurus.
