I understand that property management is not the most lucrative business in the world, but I feel it makes sense that if I have a certain way I would like my properties to be managed, why not build a business around around those pillars.   

I am a buyer's agent with Five Pillars Realty Team, and I work almost entirely with investors.

I mean, the foundation had clear signs of issues that they had repaired, even installing post/pillar foundation in the crawl space.

A properly repaired foundation is better that not if they are putting pillars in.
