Since Sief Khafagi was a Meta/Facebook employee, I (and hundreds of others) trusted him when he sought out capital for real estate investments (he claimed to be doing these projects himself, he never clearly mentioned that he was just an 'investor relations' person as he claimed later on when things went south).
