A lot of people in the current fire area had their insurance canceled lately and are really screwed, Reminds me of Florida and the insurance problem caused by the hurricanes. the current fire has nothing to do with forest management.

Property management is a "nickle" and "dime" business.  

It sounds like a few people on this thread don't really understand how PMC's operate or why they may charge extra fees.

Many people who own rentals and are already self managing them will set up a pm biz to be able to adopt a Solo 401k.

As an out of state investor, I would love to connect and potentially have a property manager in my team that experience in Section 8 rental. 

I self manage my properties and I screen tenants very hard to minimize these potencial situations.

My biggest challenge right now is finding a property management company that offers rent-by-the-room leasing services.

We have an STR/MTR management company in Indianapolis.
