I want a spot where I can stand and have a 360 degree panoramic view of the outside, as well as a roof top deck for entertaining.  

I can't say how much the scan will cost as it is up to the service provider, but it shouldn't be that much more than professional photos.In my experience, 360 videos and panoramic shots do not retain the sense of depth that an expensive 3D 360 shot would.

Of course, this isn't a hard rule and you can find quaint cabins with panoramic mountain views- just have to be patient and keep looking.I'm happy to help.

I can buy all day in city of grand rapids houses with a panoramic view of the Oak Hill cemetary, and in theory have a high percentage return on investment.  

There are some gems of antiques here.Above the attic is a Belvedere which gives a panoramic of the city - at the time the house was built the owner would have been able to observe both the dockyard and his cotton mill from here.There is also a 3-story carriage house (800 ft^2 / floor) on the property which could be turned into a triplex - once you got all of the old tac and antique furniture out of it.I could get this house - which is still in the tony part of town - and its contents for an amazing price - but what would you do with it?  

The broker took me to several units, but I really wanted one with a view, some of them did face north which wasn't that inspiring but the one I saw that was also the cheapest, 110,000 was 1,000 sf, withan enormous terrace and panoramic views.

3 people will no longer have a panoramic view of an ocean!
