I recommend outlining your financial goals and definitely exploring work transfers to determine what suits you best.

Once booked we have a rental agreement that is simple and must be signed and outlines the house rules. 

@Sang Kim- I am sorry to hear this....DId  any of the  paperwork provided  outline if the  6K fee  was rendable  ?   

A syndication was way overkill because there were only 5 capital partners so they customized an operating agreement with their attorney that outlined roles and responsibilities, distributions, membership interests, etc.And you don't have to have all this stuff figured out right now; it's very customary for us to assign the contract to whatever customized entity we end up forming.Just one caveat. 

If their interest rate is 4% on those, then they are “making” the equivalent rate of return (4%) as the DST scenario you outlined above.

The biggest piece to me would be understanding how the priorities of those share classes play out, which should be outlined in detail in the sub docs and waterfall.
