I had been powering through bp podcasts and feeling my oats, so yesterday I went to an auction of a small trailer park just to see what it would go for.

I believe it's still availble; just $59 for a course that normally costs $199, or something like that.Like you, I work 40+ hours at my corporate job and have a 7-month old and 3 y/o at home and can't forget my wife.

The first is for bran new agents....even if your goal is not to make a living as an agent, the training they will provide is important.

That tbing is dryer than a bran muffin. 

For example, if you sold a rental property for $250,000 and then exchanged into another property with two buildings on it with the intent to rent one of the buildings out and then live the second building, the portion/percent of the property used an a rental must have a value of oat least $250,000. 

PSST;  for those unacquainted,  "Farming" in this context is not driving through the fields of Kansas looking for the yellow brick road or where to plan your oats.
