He also mentioned that area near Joe Patti's Seafood (south of Downtown) is being revitalized and expected to be doing well within the next 5 years. 

Between the price of oil, no tourism this year and lack of demand for seafood due to restaurants being closed locally, nationally and in the world Alaska has some serious economic headwinds going against it. 

Many of the best seafood places were leveled and haven't rebuilt even though there are many web pages still up referencing them.

Low oil no tourism and lack of demand for seafood means it will be an extremely rough year for Alaska.

In the latter case, order the seafood tower and other apps and tell them to only worry about their entrees.
