I often wonder if people really understand how much money can be made on the commercial brokerage side of this business using the same time and effort one uses to wholesale a house and make a small fee for all your time and effort.. you talk to 100 potential commercial clients and have the same stick to it ness and you would be cashing 6 figure checks not 6k... just food for thought..
