I have no fear of running the numbers, building a team, investing, repositioning, refinancing, selling or holding larger properties.

I fear I could be substantially too low.Good luck and I wish everyone affected by the wildfires the best.

No idea why they worked with someone they feared trusting so much. 

But my biggest fear is not screening out guest like I do with airbnb.

I recall reading in Forbes that major foundation fixes can add surprising value, becuase it addresses the single biggest fear buyers have.. a shaky structure.From my three decades in fix-and-flips, Ive noticed how important it is to have a team you trust.. from attorneys who know probate deals to realtors willing to drive for dollars with you, scouting hidden gems.

Keep researching, but don’t let fear hold you back—small, intentional steps add up!

Fear and greed determine such markets.

VS Real Estate, nobody controls or makes a forced sale of your assets because there "fearful" what may happen.

In fact, you have used threats and fear to  intimidate us to get out.  

So better to put any fears they have to rest and explain the situation.
