My wife and/or I walk our dogs multiple times a day (and night sometimes, unfortunately) in our neighborhood, walk to local eateries and coffee shops, have beers (at night!!!)

To have a riverfront park with shops and eateries (if that is what they are actually developing there as I heard) would have to make those older houses more desirable.

If you've not come to the renovated Fox Theater, checked out the Mission Inn and Main Street, and dined in some of the local eateries (See Mario's, ProAbition, and Mission Inn Restaurant), you're missing out.

We are also planning to open small take-out only eatery that uses mostlyorganic ingredients in order to provide the community with better food choices - there’s a seriouslack of quality dining options that has only been exacerbated by the recent boom in tourism andvacation rentals.

This took out the centers loaded with nail salons, CBD, local eateries and other C/D grade single unit tenants that drove down amortization period and LTV.It’s not fair to even reflect for long on the last year.  

As businesses and jobs moved inside the loop, communities like Frayser that thrived in the past were cut off by development and depleted of the resources (jobs, transportation, grocery stores, eateries, all of the basics...) that are vital to keep a community alive.

Over The Rhine area also has some great eateries and places to drink.Neighborhoods to checkout include Mount Washington, Covington, KY, Mount Lookout, parts of Norwood, as well as some of the other locations already mentioned.

I have space reserved already at Big Jim's Tap & Eatery for January 24th at 7pm-10ish.For some reason I'm having an issue trying to create an official event but am working with support to remedy the problems.How many members are local to the Windsor area?
