I've seen a few cases of people using owner-occupant loans and then ditching before they lived there a full year and it came back to bite them (through categorical mistrust of the buyer among the lending institution).In general I want to press on two things here:- Word is bond.

@J ScottIf i could have voted for your explanation of why you would not lend at 8% twice I would have.I don't want to speak for @James Gallagher but I think what he is referring to is a general mistrust of bank deposits by the statement that it is backed by nothing, am I correct?
