The state of OH took 90% of the back yard of the house across the street (nearest the highway) for widening - they have since put up a giant ugly metal barrier right in their backyard.

If it is some kind of big deal like it is an old metal barn eyesore on a downtown city block undergoing revitalization and you're going to build a $10mil apartment building on it, if you can get the land...hey hey maybe the powers that be might negotiate something with you, with perhaps a promise you won't fight value for 10 years or something like that.

That's kind of what I was thinking, but I wonder what they'd want for a "walkway" non skid coating would be easy but if they want all railings to code all Along the whole roof then I'll probably be better off doing metal fire escapes on the side windows.

Pretty much all major components were newly installed / fitted and done to a tasteful standard (new metal roof, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, flooring, bathroom, doors, new hvac, decks, vinyl siding etc) and I have visited and walked through 3 times and even been under crawl space to inspect a repair that was previously noted on an inspection to the foundation after termite treatment which looked to be a good job.

My tenant moved out a couple of days ago, and when I walked through the unit, I discovered that he had removed the curtain and curtain rod, detached the room air conditioner, and caused significant scratches on the hardwood floor from the metal bed frame legs.
