It's been 2.5 years since I purchased my first property and now that everything in my personal life has slowed down I'm back on the horse and ready to find my next investment.

On the flip side, learning how to deal with those problems sets you up for a successful life regardless if you stick with realtor work or not. 

I’m looking into the flipping market and trying to understand more about it since that’s what I want to focus on and do in my life.

I am a mother of 2 and trying to get into this to save up college funds for them when they grow up so that they too can chase their dreams in life.

I've done it twice here in Reno, NV, and it's changed my life. 

My son currently lives in the townhouse b/c he is going to school and works in the area.Since he is young and starting out in life, I would like for him to only cover the basic costs (taxes, HOA, utilities) just enough for me to break even (I believe that will put him slightly little lower than market rent rates).
