If I wait until accumulating enough cash in the account to buy another note, this will kill my yield.

My contractor has gotten impatient waiting for him and has started taking matters into his own hands (he did the jack hammering of the floors which my plumber said had "complications" and would "take forever to get through"). 

Or is it strictly a waiting game?

Account Closed and like I mentioned earlier, we found out about their shenanigans very quickly, so only a handful of people contacted them, and we immediately removed them from our referral list.

Investing this amount in passive deals might not provide immediate income, and you could end up waiting years to see returns (similar case in most investments.) 

I just stayed in a hotel in Moab and we had an A/C issue and it took two days to resolve and, honestly, that's not that out of line with my normal experience at hotels.I don't know where people dreamed up this idea that all hotels have someone waiting outside your room ready to resolve anything in 5 minutes. 

While I know BP founder started syndicating a while ago, I wonder why they wait till now to launch PP.

Sometimes worth waiting in that case.
