Hey could also claim he was mentally ill, not of the right mindset, he could argue he did not sign the agreement someone signed it for him.

Which would beg the question of if the homeowners were in the mental capacity to legally enter into a transaction; if this transaction is somehow a violation of of consumer law or fraud, etc.  

We did some of the first deals for Nav when they were in a Menlo Park incubator.. they grew so fast and there was such a herd mentality with crowd fund investors Navs staff would tell me the same thing any deal put up would be subscribed within hours..  

I know the guru bizz i worked back end of many events I know the dreamer mentality .

Mentally it's hard to buy into a dipping market, but I think that's where a lot of money is made longterm. 

You must be prepared for the process, both mentally and logistically.
