This happening was a mathematical certainty to come, no genius on my forecasting it, it's just math's.CRE has a LOT of "pull" to get assorted bail-out's.

Aside from my banks, I just want to know what it is because I want mathematical confirmation that the crux of my actions over the course of a year (I actually track it about every few months if I'm not submitting it to someone) are contributing to rather than subtracting from my pot of gold. 

But a few days prior I asked how many I had made that day  and it was 60 so mathematically I’ve I hadn’t made a call the rest of the week that claim was impossible but I was fine with that.

No mathematical reason to pay off low rate mortgages only to turn around and borrow at 7.25% (plus $5k and hassle of obtaining) your money back that you used to pay off your 3% or 4% loans.  

I know they installed rear unit completely new roof in 2017, so the roof in front unit is the main concern for me that will need to be replacement in future, what I am thinking is that if I back out, I lose 11k, which the flat roof in front unit will cost less than 11k, I think you got great point here and I probably will stick with inspection in future, but mathematically speaking I was leaning towards account for roof replacement in future ?

I mean if you have 200k then you can start there, but if you have 60k and can mathematically do it I'd say it is a HUGE mistake to start there.If you have anything under 100k to start with, then your first deal should be a nice beginner deal. 

What I find funny, is that every agents ad O see states that they are in the Top 1% ...that must be the largest 1% in mathematical history.Sorry, but real estate agents aren't worth 6%.

It's a mathematical certainty. 

I don't know how many people use those but you'd have to be smart and good in mathematics and take the time to figure this out and I'd suspect many people don't realize it.
