How long does it take you to manage a maintenance request from your tenant?

Hey John,I work with several different property managers, which I refer to for my clients (I'm an investor friendly agent over here).

I've managed up to 400 rentals and never offered a concession.

Don't change jobs or income yet.Once you do and you think you can manage the payments based on your new income, maybe once you get the rooms rented.Then if you want to switch there are plenty of opportunities. 

The company I currently use for my other investment homes said they don't offer management for any co living... unless everyone in the home is on one lease.

My concern us that the contracting company is owned by the property manager.
