I've made many connections and learned a great deal just listening to people and learning from their experience. 

And you're going through the eviction process and kicking yourself, wishing that you would have listened to those red flags in the beginning.

Listening to podcasts people often say find a need or something that the seasoned investor doesn't want to do or where you can be of value. 

And others like to see a Podcast where the vetted experts are supplying their experiences and inputs, and you can listen. 

If Chris is actually doing this in your area, then listen to him.

I've been watching/listening/reading BP content for almost 2 years now and need to break out of the analysis paralysis phase (of REI in general:) and truly get started taking steps into this industry.

As I take in as much content as possible from listening to the Rookie Real Estate podcast, I feel drawn to building multi-families and renting them out.

Listen to podcasts, read books, and if you plan to invest in the Netherlands find some resources that speak to that market specifically.

So many BP podcasts that I've listened to someone brought a "partner" in on the deal but they don't typically expound upon the journey to finding said partner. 

I would recommend spending your morning commute listening to BP podcast or BP daily podcasts for microlearning, grab a BP book that piques your interest and read a bit every night before bed.
