To record it as December, you would have to back date it and the bank reconcilation would be off.

GLA is 1974sq ft, 3 bed 2 bath , blt in 1974, 0.33 acre lot, 85749 zip code just outside of Tucson, AZ city limits.  

I let the booking expire and figured it was a troll.I then get another request from the same person about a month later for the same dates.

They make you pay 85K as what they call "your Limited Partner contribution" in your first deal. 

Seems very limiting for the investor.
